Rodrigo Linhares

Photographer, Brazil

Rodrigo Linhares is an artist who works and lives in São Paulo, Brazil.
In his poetic approach, Rodrigo Linhares investigates discursive aspects of visual language, in which he explores questions about identity and social perceptions of the body, as well as the links between individual memory and collective narrative, where both are interconnected.
These studies have been developed on two fronts, one related to political issues and the other linked to complexity on masculine conformations. On both fronts, the artist seeks forms of representation through images, using photography, painting and drawing techniques washed together.
