How do I set my personal preferences?

You could set your preferences for language, currency, measurements and country of origin on our website. On the home page, click on the settings icon or on DEU/ENG, and a window will open for your personal settings.

How can I receive more information and/or photos of an artwork?

Please follow the steps below if you need more information about an artwork.

2 – Enter your personal details so we can contact you;
3 – Write your message and click on send.
We will reply within 24 hours. 

Is it possible to request a frame for an artwork if I am interested?

Yes, a frame is possible. Our artists advise collectors on the best options.

Is it possible to request advice from the artist on which frame to use for the artwork I am interested in?

Yes, our artists and Into.Gallery believe that choosing the perfect frame is part of completing the artwork.

How is the authenticity of an artwork guaranteed?

All artworks are numbered and signed by the artists.
Into.Gallery provides a Certificate of Authenticity according to the international rules of the art market.

Delivery

Which countries does Into.Gallery deliver to?

Our delivery system is global. If your city is not on the delivery list, please send us a message and we will research for the best delivery alternatives. 

Who takes care of the delivery? Which transport partners does Into.Gallery work with?

Into.Gallery only works with companies that are specialised in artwork delivery. All artworks are carefully packed, insured and delivered to your home.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Once the artwork is sent, the estimated delivery time is in 7 to 15 days (Estimate Delay Worldwide delivery).

Into.Gallery and its artists guarantee and assure our clients a very best selected quality of its products, counting on the comprehensive and understanding capacity towards the production time needed from each artist.

Is the delivery of the artwork insured?

Absolutely, all the artworks are delivered by experts and insured.

How can I track my delivery?

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided so that you can follow the order in real time.

Who should I contact if my artwork arrives damaged/broken?

The buyer ought to check the goods at delivery and if any damage is ascertained the client should immediately notify the courier before acceptance. If there is obvious damage and it is only notified after acceptance, the buyer must contact Into.Gallery.

Is there a problem with your order confirmation?

After checkout, a confirmation email is sent authentically to your email address.
If you do not receive an order confirmation within one hour, please email us at [email protected]

Invoice

How do I get an invoice for my order?

As soon as your purchase is confirmed, an email will be sent to you with your invoice.
If you have questions about your invoice or have not received it within 24 hours of purchase confirmation, please email us at [email protected] with your order number.

Payment methods

Which methods of payment are the accepted?

We accept the most secure payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal and Apple Pay.

I haven’t found a payment method that fits with the ones I use. May I request a different payment method?

Customs duties / Import fees

Do I have to pay customs duties and import taxes?

As you might know, customs regulations of the beneficiary countries are not unified. Each country has its own specific rules and tariffs for importing artworks. Yet, one ought to accept that all customs or import fees for goods deliveries are on the charge and are the sole responsibility of the client.

We recommend that the User contact the competent authorities in their country to obtain precise information on these fees, since Into.Gallery has no control over the regulations established by international laws. 

How are taxes calculated for importing artwork?

As each country has different rules and tariffs on importing artwork we advise our customers to contact the due services in your country once that Into.Gallery can not intervene on the regulations implemented by different established international laws.

Cancellations and returns

May I return an artwork? How can I return an artwork?

We have a 14 (fourteen) day return policy. All the necessary information you will find on the Return Policy page
